Yvette Scheiber – social scientist, author, and speaker – specializes in understanding how language is used in the workplace and how its usage impacts an organization’s productivity, individual and group performance, and overall profitability. Yvette has developed numerous corporate programs for multinational corporations and small businesses that addressed corporate governance, employee corrective action, conflict resolution, leadership development, and organizational restructuring following mergers and acquisitions. Yvette has received praise for her high level critical thinking ability and business acumen. She has researched and written on employee engagement, intercultural differences, voter trends, and ethical business practices.
Yvette is a graduate of Purdue University with an M.S. in Strategic Communication. She received her B.S. in Speech and Hearing Sciences and her B.B.A. in Management Information Systems from Lamar University. She is a former featured business columnist for a regional newspaper and contract law specialist for a Beaumont law firm. Her first book is entitled Productive Conversations: Tackling 5 Difficult Subjects in Business and Life.
